We ensure that network information is secured with four different solutions:
- We protect our customers’ networks and users from cyber attacks, malware, and harmful content through real-time monitoring of users and traffic, filtering for malicious categories.
- We offer best-in-class Session Border Controllers (SBC) that conceal signalling and communications via Internet and network protocol security systems. These devices can also guard networks against DoS or DDoS attacks through topology hiding.
- We provide DPI solutions to protect networks through the inspection and removal of any non-compliance issues, malware, and other intrusions. With DPI, our customers are also able to block or reroute specific packets that are not detected or blocked by standard packet filtering.
- With automation and machine learning techniques combined with deep link analytics, we can swiftly detect and prevent fraudulent activities and reduce business fraud losses.

Advancing Telco Unified Communication Services
For one telco, Unified Communications (UC) is essential to help its end customers meet their communications needs. To stay competitive, it needed to build a more reliable and advanced platform to support its end customers better.
Key challenges
The telco needed to build the new platform from scratch within nine months for a project that typically requires 18 months.
The solution
Full turn-key platform consisting best-of-breed solutions were proposed and implemented within the stipulated timeline. Virtualization was leveraged to lower the overall cost of the platform and to facilitate phased roll out of solution capabilities such as Collaboration, SIP trunk and Contact Center features after the initial service launch.
Results
With expert solutions partners and good project planning, we ensured cost-efficiency for the customer by integrating all services into one platform instead of two. We also created a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that allowed the customer to regain market share and acquire new end-customers.
Empowering Mobile Services with Complex MVNE Platform
When a telco required a new mobile virtual network enabler (MVNE) platform, it also needed our expertise to provide managed services and to build high-level security to ensure personal data protection for its end customers.
Key challenges
The task at hand was highly complex. The telco wanted a fully integrated, multi-network/-application offering for mobile virtual network operators (MVNOs) comprising a core network, billing system, provisioning system, signalling control point, and proprietary front-end applications. To ensure privacy and security for its customers’ end users, the telco also required personal data protection technology, which necessitated continued testing and implementation of rules and processes within the customer network infrastructure. As an added layer, the integration and security implementation had to be done within a short timeframe for the telco to stay competitive.
The solution
The ask required in-depth expertise across all departments, so we worked closely with all stakeholders — in tandem with our solutions partners — to design, install, integrate, and deploy the integration platform. The solution was built for flexibility so that the MVNOs can react quickly to changing market conditions and adapt their products to meet end-user needs. To meet the customer’s security requirements and maintain industry best practices, we also set up personal data policies in accordance with ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security).
Results
After achieving a fully-stabilised platform, we continued to provide 24/7 managed services to maintain and operate the MVNE platform seamlessly, helping the telco maintain its competitive edge. We also attained ISO 27001:2013 certification ensuring industry best practices to protect customer’s personal data.
Mission Critical Push-to-Talk
As more OTT players entered the market, one leading service provider needed to update its reliable but outdated Push-to-Talk (PTT) platform to stay relevant for its customers.
Key challenges
Customer’s traditional Push-to-Talk platform was outdated and could not offer more advanced features that leverage on widely available mobile data connectivity.
The solution
We worked closely with the customer to propose and deploy a PS-LTE MCPTT (Mission Critical Push-To-Talk) solution that fulfils it’s requirements, including new features conceptualized by the customer.
The solution works natively with PTT handsets chosen by the customer and integrates with the customer’s backend systems to form an end-to-end platform that operates on the customer’s private cloud environment.
Results
With the dedication of our team, the customer was able to roll out innovative services on the new platform within the stipulated timeframe and compete effectively with OTT PTT players.
Improving Network Security for Residential Broadband Users
To address the security needs of residential broadband users, one Internet Service Provider (ISP) needed to improve its network-level security to safeguard home users and their devices from cyber threats and malicious websites.
Key challenges
Ensuring instant detection of malware and other cyber threats to provide real-time online security protection for all users across all devices.
The solution
The all software solution leverages existing infrastructure of the ISP to protect subscribers from a range of network threats and malicious traffic that can compromise equipment and data. It identifies and acts on malicious activity by applying network policies in real time to protect subscribers and networks.
Results
The solution creates an additional layer on top of basic device protection offered by OS/applications. It detects evolving behavior of complex malware through abnormal traffic patterns at the network layer. Thereby safeguarding every devices connected to the home network without needing any configuration on the residential gateway or installing additional application.
