Senior Project Manager / Project Manager
Singapore Full-Time
A Project Manager / Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the resources and project deliverables to ensure turn-key projects, in telecommunication field involving multi-vendors solution are commissioned on time.
The company is searching for a team oriented player who can understand the requirements, environment and has the technical and organisational competency to lead the team to successful implementation activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/customers for the successful execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- At least 5 years of experience and solid technical background in telecommunication, IP telephony or data networking industry within the APAC region as project administrator or other managerial position
- Professional certification in the respective areas will be considered favourably
Skillset
- Excellent customer/vendor-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Highly motivated, result-orientated and dedicated person who initiates appropriate actions and strategies

Presales Consultant
Singapore Full-Time
A Presales Consultant is responsible for the entire sale cycle from the product and technical perspectives. Presales support the sales manager in the presales and sales process by leading the related activities and by contributing to the process based on the knowledge of customer’s environment and needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product presentation and demonstration to prospect customers
- Work with sales team and solution partners in articulating solutions to customers
- Gather technical requirements, understand customer’s problems and devise creative solutions
- Review RFx requirements, provide compliances and write solution proposal
- Work with solution partners to find suitable products and form strategic relationships
Requirements
- Degree from reputable university
- 2-3 years of experience in a presale position
- Preference will be given to those with Telecommunication or IP Networking domain knowledge, especially in IMS, big data analytics, cyber security
- Willing to travel within the region when required
Skillset
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Senior Systems Engineer
Singapore Full-Time
A Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for installing, commissioning and provide 24×7 support for the products and solution implemented by the company. On top of this, the senior systems engineer is expected to provide guidance to the junior engineers.
The company is searching for a team oriented player who can understand the requirements, environment and has the technical competency to lead the team to successful implementation activities.
Responsibilities
- Be part of a talented team of like-minded people to design, implement, commission and support leading edge telecommunication products.
- Client-facing to understand and troubleshoot customers’ issues.
- To liaise and work with global equipment vendors to follow up and drive closure on technical related matters, including issues and documentation, with occasional business travel for projects.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers.
- Lead the project technical team to design, build and implementation of Tier 1 turn-key projects.
- Conduct technical workshops for clients based on existing product offerings.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in a technical discipline with or with four to five years industry experience in Telecommunication Next Generation Network, especially on Voice over IP solutions.
- Knowledge in virtualization, database, Linux Operating Systems and data networking domain knowledge will be advantage
