Systems Engineer/Assistant Systems Engineer Responsibilities: •Provide after sales support (including 24x7 support), for any arranged installation, which come from sales. • Liaise and troubleshoot with customers, solution partners on technical problems encountered for installed networks • Provide technical support for Project Manager during projects implementation, including solution presentation • Provide system documentation as and when required • Handle customers’ helpdesk and manage trouble ticket. • Act as an integral team member working to achieve team’s objectives • Travelling may be required. Work Experience: • A degree or diploma in a technical discipline with preferably one year industry experience in telecommunications • Knowledge in the following areas is preferable; Telecommunication and VoIP including various IP protocol • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Skills: •Strong analytical and research skill •Superior people skills •Strong verbal/written communication skills, including public speaking •Independent and self-motivated.
